Serving the children of the Havasupai Reservation — located 8 miles down from the rim of the Grand Canyon, reachable only by mule, horse, foot, or helicopter.
Why Will chose this organization
Will was struck by the isolation of this community and the determination of its children. Every child deserves books and educational resources — no matter how remote their home.
Will's visit
What happened here
Will loaded up the RV with books and personally delivered them to Havasupai Elementary — one of the most extraordinary deliveries of the entire journey.
Will's contribution
Will donated books to the children of Havasupai Elementary School, loading up the RV and delivering them personally.
Fundraising efforts
Will collected new and gently used books and raised funds for the school's wish list.
